Healthy, delicious food presented well and delivered on time to our happy customers. All of our recipes are "made from scratch" and we focus on the freshest and most seasonal ingredients available. Our dishes reflect a wide array of Ethnic, American and Vegetarian options. 

 

Chef Valerie was born and raised in Fresno where she spent many days in both her grandmother’s kitchens.  As a youngster she soaked up their love of cooking both traditional Armenian and down home Southern Style meals.

Valerie loves cooking all types of food.  She enjoys creating ethnic dishes; adding an organic, healthy and fresh approach.  She specializes in soups, both hearty and healthy.

Chef Valerie’s pleasure is bringing organic seasonal meals from the farmers market to your table.  From haute cuisine to perfectly prepared everyday meals, Chef Valerie’s zeal for delighting her friends, family and customers is evident in every bite!
